I loved this, it made enough for leftovers since our family is small. I steamed my veggies (carrots, broccoli and frozen corn) while the orzo was cooking to get it done more to our liking and added garlic, onion powder, parsley and oregano to the orzo after it was finished cooking. I also added pine nuts for a little cruchy texture. This is a wonderful dish and would be great with some cubed chicken breast tossed in for lunch the next day.
