Entire family loved this recipe!! Great way to get my kids to eat carrots. NOTE: I boiled the carrots till tender before cooking in dressing. They are great!!!

The Catalina dressing flavor just did not seem to work well with the carrots. Out of the 8 people that I made it for, only 1 liked it.

Next time I make this, I will add 1 T brown sugar to make the glaze a little sweeter. My kids liked it too.

Who would have guessed using Kraft Catalina Dressing was a good substitute for oil. This is another recipe I will fix over and over.
