Entire family loved this recipe!! Great way to get my kids to eat carrots. NOTE: I boiled the carrots till tender before cooking in dressing. They are great!!!

My husband and I both really enjoyed this recipe. I will definatly make this again.

The catalina dressing was extremely overpowering. My family loves carrots and Catalina but not cooked together.

I made this as a side dish and everyone loved it. They said the carrots were tender and full of flavor. It is very easy to make.

Thought this was tasty and easy to prepare. This dish was my contribution to a recent family get-together, and it was a big hit. No leftovers! Will make again for sure.

The carrots had a good taste to them. But I had to cook them a lot longer then the time it said.

Took to a potluck and several people asked for the recipe. I couldn't believe how simple it was. I doubled the recipe for the potluck.

I would par boil the carrots before putting them in the frying pan with the dressing, the carrots were just a little to crunchy for me

MY FAMILY LOVED IT. MY MOM HATES CARROTS BUT SHE TRIED THIS AND SAID THIS WAS THE BEST CARROTS SHE HAD EVER TASTED.
