I used my own grilled chicken breast instead - quite enjoyable!
I doubled it but used half mayo, half Miracle Whip to add some sweetness. I also left out the almonds and used some cooked chicken I had left over. It was delicious in pita bread with lettuce.
I've been making this recipe for a couple years now and my family LOVES it.We've had it in pitas and as wraps and there isn't anything about this recipe I would change. It makes a delicious meal or a fast and easy snack. In fact we're having it tonight. LOVE IT!!!
Wasn't sure how my boyfriend would like the curry flavor but it was delish! He loved it and it makes such a perfect lunch or snack on the go. I used as a filling for a lettuce wrap and will try pitas next.
WOW,what a great chicken salad!!! I will make this one over and over! I did add dried cranberries instaed of the raisins. Give this a try as well. Way to good kraft!!
This recipe is great! Every time I make it to take to work for lunch, everyone grabs a fork for a bite. It not only is delicious, but can be made in about 5 minutes!
This was great! We substituted miracle whip for the mayo, and didnt add raisins. We put it in split pitas, and put lettuce on top. This is a keeper!
This recipe is always a hit. I get asked to makeit all the time. It is a light but flavorful taste. Not too heavy on curry which is nice for parties and casual get togethers.
This was really easy to make and tasted great! I may add halved grapes next time for a bit more sweetness than the raisins provided.
Wonderful meal on top of a garden salad. I left out the green onions and added small pieces of broccoli. Amazing flavor! My husband even finished off the leftovers (and that never happens) and asked why it had taken me so long to make this.
