very tasty, use just slightly less water or more Velveeta to make it thicker, use mild chiles if it's too spicy.

Had to add salsa to this because it turned out too dry. Next time I'm going to add 2 cans Rotel tomatoes and green chilies instead of 1 to give it more "kick" also.

My family really like this. Although I added extra cheese, half a can of black beans, and some salsa to the mixture. I don't like peppers so I left them out and added some jalepenos instead.

I made a version of this recipe. Since I did not have any green bell pepper, I added extra onion, and some other raw veggies to compensate. Also used 6 oz. of Kraft American Cheese Singles in lieu of the Velveeta (less salty). But it was SO DRY that I had to add a #2 size can of Mexican Style tomatoes--then it was DELICIOUS!! As written, I think this would have been lousy...
