Never heard of graham cracker crumbs in a quick bread...but it's really good. My sister dislikes banana bread, but tasted this one and asked for the recipe. It's a very flavorful bread, with a wonderful texture. This is now my #1 banana bread recipe. It's excellent with cream cheese and a good cup of coffee.

A great recipe! Always a hit! I use chocolate chips instead of raisins.

I would watch it carefully. It took my loaf less than an hour ten minutes.

Simple, easy and very delicious. Ran out of graham crackers and used Nilla Wafers and walnuts - LOVED it. Bread was gone before supper time. Made it while at Mama's house and she loved it too - we used cinnamon graham crackers, golden rasins and walnuts - amazing! Cannot go wrong with this recipe. Its now a staple for us!

I've made this many times and used it for Christmas gifts as well. Try it with white raisins and also with glazed fruit for a variety of different colors and flavors. It is always a hit, gone before bedtime!

This recipe was delicious, I still cannot believe that I made it myself. I have never bake anything before and I was surprised on how easy and delicious it turned out. I added walnuts and cinammon. Delicious with milk. Try it!

Gave a loaf to my neighbor. She loved it and has frozen some of it for her "bridge club"
