My boyfriend and I are addicted to anything banana, and banana bread is one of our top picks. He loves raisins, so I decided to try this recipe. I had only one cup worthof the graham crackers, so the remaining two thirds cup I used reduced fat nilla wafers. I also always use three large, very ripe bananas in my banana bread. I followed the recipe to the t and it turned out phenominal. I use Splenda for myself, but this loaf I gave to my boyfriend, so Iused real sugar. He ate half the loaf in one sitting! Great recipe and will make again.

really good-used 1/2 cup raisins-1/2 cup of cranberrys-all of family liked it. Great when you have over ripe bananas.

I would definitely, without a doubt, make this recipe again. The whole family loved it; it was eaten in less than one day.

I had some over ripe bananas that I didnt want to throw away so I found this recipe had all the ingredients except I didnt use raisins because the kids dont like them . I put nuts in it instead. Everyone loved it. I think next time I will try raisins or some other dried fruit. mmmmm
