Grilled "Baked" Potatoes

Grilled "Baked" Potatoes recipe
We can't stand the heat, so we're taking baked potatoes out of the kitchen for summer. The grill makes them fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside.

The skin is so great on this. Remind me on how Cracker Barrel used to do their potatoes.

Very easy to make. I love the crunchy outside of the potato.

My family just loves these grilled potatoes. My husband asks for them everytime I barbeque.

Great technique! Grill a little longer than recipe suggests for a more crisp skin.

This was a great way to speed up the cooking time for grilling potatoes. I never thought to microwave them first. They came out perfect and were done when the meat was done. Great idea!

These were yummy. Usually tators take SO long to cook. I have done the grill and then the microwave and they get a little rubbery so this was way way better. My new way to make quick baked potatoes!
