The skin is so great on this. Remind me on how Cracker Barrel used to do their potatoes.

Great technique! Grill a little longer than recipe suggests for a more crisp skin.

This was a great way to speed up the cooking time for grilling potatoes. I never thought to microwave them first. They came out perfect and were done when the meat was done. Great idea!

These were yummy. Usually tators take SO long to cook. I have done the grill and then the microwave and they get a little rubbery so this was way way better. My new way to make quick baked potatoes!
