This was great! My fiance and i loved this recipe although i agree the potatoes are a little time consuming, its all worth it in the end. I took the advice with the bacon and it was wonderful!!!

family loved it--the only thing was the time it took to grill the potatoes--I will also make garlic like this more often for other dishes.

This dish was fantastic! I made it for Father's Day and the whole family loved it. I served it warm which really brought out all of the flavors. Try it...you won't be disappointed!

I chose this recipe because it had no onions. My sister hates them. I made it for Father's day and they licked the bowl clean. I'm looking for another reason to make it!

First of all, my family and I are VERY picky about everything let alone potato salad. I decided to try this recipe because it sounded so different and I just didn't feel like peeling. It was great. Everyone really enjoyed it. The only think I would add would be salt and pepper to the salad. Other than that you can count on this being a hit at your next BBQ. We even had a friend who took the leftovers home to his house he loved it so much. I did add more garlic than the recipe asked for, but we love garlic (doesn't everyone). I would even add bacon to make it even more different next time! I would make it over and over...better than peeling potatoes and boiling pots of water! But I am a grill buff and it fits into my lifestyle!

Excellent combination of flavors. It is nice to have a good variation on the traditional potato salad. I used the whole head of garlic instead of four cloves and cut back 1/2 tsp of mustard. Also, I sprinkled the top with fresh grated parmesan cheese. It was a huge hit!
