What You Need

lb. red potatoes (about 2), peeled, thinly sliced

carrots, thinly sliced

1/2

cup water

1/3

cup plus 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

1/3

cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

MICROWAVE vegetables and water in microwaveable bowl covered with waxed paper on HIGH 5 to 7 min. or until potatoes are crisp-tender; drain well. Mix 1/3 cup cheese and dressing. Add to vegetables; mix lightly.

SPOON onto center of large sheet of heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; fold top and ends to make packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place on upper shelf of grill.

GRILL 15 to 20 min. or until vegetables are tender. Cut slits in foil to release steam. Open packet carefully. Sprinkle potato mixture with parsley and remaining cheese.

Note

If you don't have heavy-duty foil, you can use a double layer of regular foil instead.

I was very disappointed with this recipe because the cooking time for the oven was way off, after 1 hour they still weren't cooked through and I sliced mine with a mandolin slicer, they were almost paper thin. I did everything the recipe said and finally I turned the oven off and left them in there and I made mac and cheese instead (my family was pretty hungry at this point) and it took alot quicker to make than those potatoes did. They don't make good leftovers so I ended up tossing them in the garbage. I won't be making these again.Too much work for a poor result.

These are even good when cooking them in the oven when it gets too cold outside to BBQ.

I baked it in the oven in a dish covered with foil. I liked it, however it was not the taste that I was expecting. I added black pepper to it on the plate.

I made this one night my in-laws were over for dinner...My mother-in0law loved them! What a save! We made them again while camping and they went over great with everyone there!

Made this last Sunday for a bbq party. People raved about it! Could not believe they were grilled with the meat! Didn't have Miracle Whip so used Mayonnaise instead.
