I used corn only instead of mixed vegetables since my family isn't crazy about cooked carrots or peas. I also added a chopped onion. These two small changes make it perfect for our family!

Everyone loved this! I seasoned the ground beef as I cooked it and also added some shredded cheddar to the top before baking it! My grandfather said he wants me to make it for his birthday as he has trouble eating hard, crunchy foods and this was perfect for him!

I enjoyed it. I used the whole can of gravy (which was 1 1/4 cup) because I didn't want to leftover gravy. This didn't cause any trouble. My husband raved over this because he said it reminded him of the pasties that they serve in Michigan's Upper Pennisula.

Everyone in the family loves this everytime! I brown chopped onion and add garlic powder to the hamburger for extra flavor. I also use any kind of instand mashed potatoes I have on hand. Turns out great and super easy every time!!
