We really loved this recipie. Add some freshly fine chopped onions and you can easily bump this up to 5 stars instead of 4. :)

I was brought up on sheppards pie; usually ate it at least 2 times a month growing up. This is easy and tastes great; with a little creativity and experimenting a great meal. I like adding sweet and hot peppers to it.

Very easy to make and great as leftovers. It was a little bland - I had to add salt and pepper.

this dish was very delicious, i made this a few days ago with my family and they LOVED it.....I do suggest you make fresh mashed potatoes......

Definitely a winner! My hubby orders shepherd's pie at a very nice restaurant, so I was thrilled when he loved this. I'd never had it before, but this is now one of my favorites too. I add a little extra ground beef.

Quick, easy dinner. My 7 year old also liked it! We like salt so we added some of that. Would also be good with some onion in it!

Easy to make, and a good, quick family meal. Husband wasn't too keen on it though. He prefers more traditional shepherd's pie. So now I just call this cheesy potato/ meat casserole!
