I made this dish for my boyfriend. he absolutely LOVED it. It was easy and fun to make together. however, this was not enough to feed his appetite... so I suggest making a side dish like rice or a salad.

I really don't like fish, however this was very tasty. Loved the taste of the grilled peppers.

I used sun dried tomato dressing instead of the zesty italian. My family raved over it.

Absolutely fabulous. It was so low in calories we were able to add some indulgent side items like scalloped potatoes and corn.

Iused light instead of regular dressing, my family asked for it again the next night.

I made this on the stove with my grill pan. I used fat free Italian dressing instead on regular. I also used Tilapia. I served it on a platter with brown rice. It looked fabulous and tasted delicious. The whole family loved it!

I used tilapia with this recipe and it turned out great. my four year old son loved it and so did I. I will definately be making this dish more often.

I used Catfish fillets, grilled it indorrs. My family really enjoyed it!
