I used Catfish fillets, grilled it indorrs. My family really enjoyed it!

I enjoyed this recipe. It was quite tasty. I used tilapia. It was too cold outside to grill so I tried it on the Foreman grill. It still came out great. The Tilapia did break up a little but it really didn't matter, it still tasted great. Maybe next time I try the oven. I served it with rice and veggies. Great!

Make sure that you fillets are pretty thick.

It was so delicious we made 4 lbs of it, I bake 2 pounds and grilled the other 2..I had green, red and yellow peppers,hot rice to go with it. It was so tender and flavorful. We used tilapia. I totally forgot about the parmesean cheese and cilantro, next time, but didn't matter, everyone loved it...Even our 2 year old twins.

I think this recipe is great. I used cod fish.It has a very mild taste and flavorable. I love the peppers with it. Thank you!!

I made this grilled fish and it has a very good flavor. Its tender and juicy, and the peppers makes another flavor to this recipe. I like fish , so obsolutely I will make this again.

This was pretty good. I used the tilapia. It could of used more flavor, but maybe I should have brushed more of the dressing on. The peppers had a really great flavor to them.
