My hubby isn't a big fan of asparagus but liked this anyway, ate lots of it. The kids liked it too! The asparagus was a bit crunchy, maybe soften them up slightly in some boiling water and could be a bit salty for some...

First of the season asparagus called for a quick yumy dish...my family loved it!

It was okay but it was really salty...my picky eater didn't eat too much of it.

This was perfect, I made it for a very picky family of 7. After trying it myself, I wasn't surprised to find there were no leftovers. It wasn't something I'd normally make, but will definitely do it again.

This recipe was great and so easy to make. Seems to satisfy almost anyones pallet.

This was very good. I made it for the first time and took it to work. I was lucky to get a small piece of it before my co-workers ate it all.

If your ham is a little salty I would recommend make noodles to serve with this. This made this dish a hit at my house.

We would have enjoyed it more if there were more asparagus and less meat--which we'll try next time.
