I tried this recipe with the tuna fish and like others, they did fall apart. Although I loved the carrots, my family didn't and I think next time I would grind them instead of shred them. I also decided I liked it better as a sandwich spread or on a bed of greens and not cooked.

I decided to try these for something different, and I made them with the Salmon. They were very easy to make and I thought they were good, but mine completely fell apart when I tried to flip them in the frying pan. Still edible though.

Very tasty!! My hubby really liked this one! We did it with crabmeat once and with Shrimp the next. Both were very good. I did sprinkle a small amount of Old Bay Seasoning and it gave it a little bit of extra punch!

I love this recipe!!! So easy to make and really tastes great. I use about twice as much mayo (light) as the recipe calls for and that seems to help to keep the cakes together. I have made this several times with the tuna/carrots and will definitely continue to make it!!

I made the Salmon cakes and baked it instead of pan frying it. They came out really good and my whole family enjoyed them. I will try the crab cakes next.
