I liked this recipe, but next time I think I will add more crab meat - I like to be able to taste it a little more. Overall, it was good, and I made extra cakes and froze them for later - it worked out well.

I made the cakes with tuna, with mozzerela cheese and green onion, added some fresh parsley. They were so yummy! Even leftover the next day they were great!

I made this with tuna! The same tuna I can't stand! Todally Amazing! My husband and I both loved it! I even went over to my parents and made it for them a few days latter. Diffently a keeper!

Crab cakes very good! Serve with tartar sauce.

Excellent recipe. First time I made it as is. Very delicious. Second time, I made it with a can of crabmeat, omitted the carrots, added finely chopped onion and used dill relish instead of sweet (I don't like sweet relish.) The results were fantastic. Do not over crowd the pan. Even my grandfather's lady friend asked for this recipe, and she doesn't like to admit other people can cook as well as she does! LOL PS...you don't cook the stuffing mix before hand (several people have asked on this recipe rating board.) Enjoy!!

Salmon patties was a staple in my house growing up...but mom made them with crushed saltines, egg and pepper. Sorry mom, these are better!!! Also, love the idea of the added ingredients.

This was so simple and quick to make. I used the choices of: canned crab, lemon juice/shredded cheese and green onions. We loved it!

This recipe is very good! I used regular onions instead of green onions. If you want to actually look at the recipe itself instead of the video, click on "print this recipe" and it'll show you the actual recipe, complete with options, in the print preview.

I tried this because I was short on time and it was a hit with my grandkids. I tried it again using an egg in it also.

I prefer this recipe to my Dad's standard salmon cake recipe which is mostly salmon and cornmeal. I have made this several times with the salmon and tuna in different variations.
