Excellent, I used up some fish we didnt like and it tasted good this way. I like the substition ideas. I used the mozz cheese and it was very good.

This recipe was a great find. My husband is allergic to crab and it was a very good recipe with tuna. They were even good leftover the next day.

Very good! I make it quite often for my family using packaged salmon (no bones/skin to worry with). My kids LOVE it, even my pickier daughter with throw down on salmon patties made this way. And, none of them (triplets) will eat salmon patties made the old-fashioned way. Saying a lot!

This was a great recipe; however, the stovetop was a little overpowering. Maybe next time I'll use ritz crackers or breadcrumbs.

The good part was it was pretty easy to make. Family liked it okay . My only suggestion is to make the cakes with your hands like hamburger patties that way they stick together better. The first ones I made by just scooping out fell apart really easy

I really liked the convience and taste of this recipet, I would make it again , in like 2 months. it would not be a weekley dish. Bbut real tastie I rate this a 4 star.

I made this recipe with canned crab instead of tuna. It really was wonderful and the whole family enjoyed it! Also, it was SUPER easy! This will definitely we a repeat in our home!
