Excelent! Delicious and easy to prepare. I did it with crab, next time I'll try with salmon.

Very easy to make and delicious. My husband puts his fish cake on a roll. I like it with a little cocktail sauce or tartar sauce. Will be making this often!!

The stuffing adds a wonderful flavor to the salmon cakes. Much better than just plain crackers! Delicious...my family asks for these regularly now. I used the lower sodium chicken flavor stuffing.

Phenomenal! I used tuna fish and dill relish instead of the recommended sweet relish. You will not be disappointed with this recipe!

Made the salmon and was very good. Tasted terrific. I will be making it again. Gave the recipe to a local nursing home and it will be put on the winter menu.
