This recipe has been a really good way to get fish snuck in. I did a variation and had two cans of salmon and it turns out deliscious every time.

When I made this, the patties were too soft and fell apart. Once I added a few tbsp of flour it was OK. Apart from that, it was OK. I may make it again, I'm not sure.

I have made several variations of this recipe. I've served as sandwiches and a main dish with fresh veggies. They are also delicious as appetizers made in much smaller patties. You can't go wrong with this one!!!

I now make double batches because my hubby brings them to work to share with his co-workers. We usually have tuna and make Alfredo to go with it.

I made the tuna variety with cheddar cheese and carrots. I, unfortunately, did not have relish on hand, but I think that would have been very good. Other than no relish, I followed the recipe exactly and it was pretty close to perfect. Be sure to set the heat to medium low and let the cakes cook until done, this will keep them from burning or falling apart.

I found this recipe in food & family about 3 years ago and ever since it's been a regular on my dinner table. I have two boys 7 & 9, and 5 of 7 nights a week we are busy with sports till late. This is the perfect recipe for busy people since you can make it ahead of time. Besides being easy, we love the taste...my family gets so excited when this is on the table. Enjoy!

I made the crab cakes. They were really good and went over well for a luncheon at my office but my only complaint is that the stuffing is completely overpowering. You could barely tell they were crab cakes, they tasted more like stuffing balls. Add more crab!

I Love, Love, Love this recipe. I make the tuna cakes, and use the lemon and Cheddar cheese w/green onion. I make this when hubby is not going to be home for dinner, because it isn't his favorite. I wish my family loved it like I do. This is a real treat for me.

quick and easy to put together. would be good to mix up ahead of time and cook when ready. I tried the Salmon version and used chedder cheese, it turned out quite well. I would enjoy trying the other flavors too!
