My husband and I really liked this recipe. I made mine with the crab. I did add an egg because I had read that alot of people had the problem of it sticking together. Mine stayed together well. I did add on a couple minutes to each side to make sure they got done all the way through.

all that you could taste was the stuffing. If I try it again, I would use half of the stuffing mix.

I used tuna with the mozz. cheese and green onion add-ins. It was WONDERFUL!! This has become a once a week meal in my house. Excellent!

I used Salmon to make this recipe. Having never even tasted Salmon before, I was amazed how good they tasted. I will definitely use this recipe again.

This recipe was very easy. I used crab meat and my daughter loved it! I will definitely make it again. I think that I will try using crawfish tails next time.

For those who desire great taste, use a mushroom/onion stuffing mix instead of cornbread.

Using tuna from Starkist. They have sweet & spicy and herb & garlic seasoned packets. Also, I used mushroom onion stuffing. We think this is fabulous! I rated this, but forgot to give it stars. This is quick and tasty.

I have a very picky husband and toddler, and both of them eat the tuna cakes. The only thing I would recommend is to really let them get crispy. They're great even when they're not, but my family likes them better if they're crispy.
