This was very good. I used tuna with the mozzarella and green onions. I also added an extra can of tuna, and they turned out great! Making them again tonight.

I have made the tuna recipe for the second time and my husband really enjoys them. This is really quick and easy.

i made the salmon patties for my family and they loved it. it's so easy to make and it's full of flavor! the next one we'll try is the crab patty!

I made the salmon variety. They were VERY good! The only thing I would do next time is use only half the seasoning packet to the cornbread stuffing mix I selected. I don't like the taste of the sage too much. But I will DEFINITELY be making these again and again!

To prevent the fish cakes from being too watery be sure to cook the raw veggies in a little butter or oil to remove the liquid and add a little cornmeal or flour to absorb excess liguid.

They were good but the mixture was to watery, so maybe next time I will cut some of the water or add more stuffing.

These didn't fry up very well for me, (I'm in a very high altitude) so I'm offering an alternate baking method that works well for me: add 1 well-beaten egg to the mixture and bake the cakes on a baking sheet sprayed well with non-stick cooking spray at 375 degrees for 20 minutes- turn the cakes carefully after 10 minutes. These were an instant favorite with my whole family and we've made them twice so far.
