My daughter wanted a "pink" birthday party. I made this with strawberry icing and marshmallows, and pink sprinkels with different color centers. It was adorable!

I have made these several times for school snack day (not very healthy, but oh well) and they are always a huge hit with the kids and teachers! Have passed this recipe on to other parents who cannot believe how easy they are.

made this one for my daughters tea party, but got disappointed with the cool whip. it started to melt quickly...i should have taken the adivce and used icing instead. the flower petals didn't look like the ones in the picture...which is why i ended up decorating the cupckes with only mini marshmallows and sprinkles!
