This was my first time making salisbury steak and I'm glad I found this recipe! I used Stove Top Pork Stuffing because it's all I had at the moment. Also, instead of mushroom gravy, I used powdered brown and onion gravy. I made those as instructed then added the extra cup of water before pouring them both into the pan with the steaks. I let them simmer for a little longer than 5 minutes but they turned out really, really tasty! I paired them with buttered green beans and sour cream 'n chived mashed potatoes. A BIG hit!
