Recipe seems easy enough, with simple ingredients. I will try it tonight. I would add some caraway seeds to the bread.

This was the best home baked Irish Soda Bread. My family loved it. It was not too dry not too moist. It also had a nice taste. I baked about 10 loaves and gave them to family and friends.

It was a moist version of soda bread. I think that the buttermilk made all the difference.

This recipe was amazing. The only problem I had was that it was done in 40 minutes, not 1 hr 15 min. The buttermilk made it rise very fast. It tasted superb! I had never tried Irish Soda Bread and when I tried this recipe I was blown away. I will definetly be making this every year for St.Patty's Day. Loved It!!

Since my family is not a fan of raisins, I used dried cranberries instead. Great taste!
