The ham was a bit strong. I'm used to tasting mostly egg in my deviled eggs. I may try the substitute suggested as a variation--OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits--before saying I wouldn't make the recipe again. I don't, however, plan on making the ham version again.

Very tasty! Everyone loved it at a recent get together. I was asked to make it again for the next one!

I topped each one with a little dill. Delicious! Everyone at the party was raving about how different and tasty they were.

I CATERED A WEDDING AND I ADDED SMOKED SALMON TO A FEW EGGS, DID YOUR SMOKED HAM,I ADDED CAPERS, BAY SHRIMP. USED RED ONION CHOPPED FINE. SERVED THIS ON A SILVER PLATTER WITH KALE FOR SOME ADDED TEXTURE. I ADDED LEMON SLICES WITH LIME AS WELL.

I made this recipe for our Company dinner at our house. You wouldn't have known I had even made them, they were all eaten in less than 10 minutes, no joke!!! I even made 2 batches. This recipe is a keeper and keeps everyone asking for more!!!
