I thought I did not like Salmon. This recipe was so wonderful.
Instead of Catalina I use a Summer Tomato and Vidalia Onion Dressing which is naturally fat free and cholestrol free dressing which is very similar but less sweet. It works really well with the rosemary and salmon. I plan to try this again using frersh tuna steaks!

To really bring out the taste of the rosemary, you need to crush or chop the needles. Bring the marinade to a boil, and reduce by 1/2 and then use as a glaze to finish under a broiler. Hint, for barbequeing fish. You need to have the grates super hot, preheat at least 15 minutes, then very lightly rub oil on the fish. This will give great grill marks but the fish should not stick Enjoy
