I twisted the recipe slightly. I ommitted the green pepper. I chopped fresh parsley, minced up some pepperoni and added to cheese mixture. I served this for a Birthday party and received rave reviews. It is a KEEPER!

The cream cheese filling was just too much, it overpowered.

It was very good, I dont think that I needed that much sauce though. I would bo with 3/4 of a cup next time.

It was fantastic with a side salad. Mine didn't look quite like the picture but it sure tasted great.

I love this different way to cook up chicken. We get tired of the same chicken breast or strip dinners and this was a great change.

My husband and I loved this recipe! I took the easy way and bought veggie cream cheese spread. I was in a hurry and this worked out very well since I didn't have to cut up all the veggies. It was so easy and hardly took any time at all.

This recipe was awesome! Like something you'd get in a nice italian restaurant. I used the ingredients I had on hand, which included cream cheese, mozz cheese, feta cheese, garlic and spinach. How can you really go wrong, huh? The cheese spilled out of the chicken, but that was ok, because it really enhanced the flavor of the sauce. Definitely 5 stars for taste and how easy it was to make, despite having to pound out the chicken.
