It is fantastic, I will use Arrugula instead of the spinach, better green flavor.

i made this salad for a luau I had for my boyfriend and even the picky eater loved this salad, they just couldn't get enough of it

It was extremely good! I loved the dressing the most! It had such a tangy taste with the chicken and mango! Oh! And the red onions, I love red onions!!

This was my first time to make it. We had an office potluck today. I prepared right before we started eating. Everybody loved the salad. My co-worker even said it was "Divine!". I will 100% recommend it. I will make this again. I even added the cranberries to it. And it is REALLY GOOD!

I made this salad for my son and husband because I'm always looking for something easy and new for the hotter days we've been having here in Califorina.They both really like it . They said the favors of the mango and avacoda together were great.

I am on a very restrictive diet and it was wonderful to discover a salad that I did not have to modify and was a delight to the palate. I have added both almonds and cashews to this dish. Yummy!
