We used halibut for our white fish. It was my first time cooking fish and it was so easy. We loved it and are planning to add tomatoes next time for extra veggies and flavor.

Really surprisingly good! we made a couple adjustments. we cooked the peppers and onions with the fish and seasoned it all with salt, pepper, and Emeril's seasoning. I also seasoned the coleslaw with a vinegar-sugar dressing and let that sit in the fridge for a few hours. we used fresh caught walleye! delish!

WE make this at least once a week in the summer. It is perfect, for a fast meal. Even the kids like it.

This was okay. Not quite as flavorful as I hoped it would be.

Both my husband and I really liked this dish. It was light, easy to make, and tasted great. I used tilapia and fat free regular ranch dressing and don't think it lost any flavor. Will definitely make this again!

Made this recipe using tilapia and it was great. Couldn't find cucumber dressing so used peppercorn on cabbage only and regular ranch on the fish. Will warm dressing slightly next time so it doesn't make the fish so cold. We loved it and is kid approved!
