Taco Salad Tostada

Lettuce makes these tostadas taco salad's cousin, but it's the nacho cheese sauce and shredded Cheddar that make them doubly cheesy.

I didn't use the double decker but instead substituted the Hard and Soft shell dinner kit. For the nacho cheese I just melted exter cheddar cheese one the bottom. It was still great.

My family enjoyed this one. We love tacos and this was a nice variation. Sour cream and black olives are a tasty addition. I will definately make this again.

Very good. The taco shells with the kit were stale, so next time, I'll probably just do Chalupas. But, very good. Easy too!

YUMMY !!!! This recipe is so easy and it is something different to make instead of your regular tacos. I will be making this again it was easy and tasty.

I spiced it up a little bit. We always put corn in our taco meat so we added that and we also made spanish rice to go on it. Plus a layer of refried beans on the bottom before the nacho cheese. Add a little bit of sour cream on the top and Voila! It was excellent. We will definitely be making this again soon.

I thought it was very good. Quick and easy! "Xtremely filling"-- and that came from my husband!!! Also, my 1 yr old enjoyed it!

It was ok but nothing to write home about. Taco Bell is better. Quick and easy to make though.

It was very good, but I couldn't find the Taco Bell brand stuff it called for! They don't sell it at Food Lion. But it was great anyway!

We love tostados at my house! I have made these for years, but I use taco seasoning in with the meat and after layering, I drizzle some Kraft Catalina dressing on top. The sweetness of the dressing helps with the spicy meat. Oh..sour cream is a must too!!
