This is such a delicious, healthy, and filling salad. It couldn't have been easier to make ~ I just put the pre-cut chicken strips in a bowl and microwaved for 30 seconds. I used Kraft fat free ranch instead of regular. This will become a staple in my diet. The bbq sauce adds a great flavor... I never would have thought of that.

My family loves this salad! It's very easy and tasty. I add bacon to the chicken and BBQ sauce. I also cut sliced swiss cheese into strips and add that to it as well. Very Good!

A substitution that I recommend for the ranch dressing is poppyseed dressing. This was an excellent recipe, I was even able to get my 6 yr. old who hates to eat lettuce right now to eat it.

This salad is great and very versitle. We usually add shredded carrots, corn, black beans, and reduced-fat sharp cheddar. It's super fast since only the chicken needs to be cooked/warmed up. My husband finds it refreshing and really filling.
