Very Yummy! I used half a red onion, just because I had it in the fridge, instead of a whole white onion. The whole family (four year-old included) loved it!

This recipe was extremely easy to make and it was delicious when it was done. Even my husband, who doesn't normally like asparagus, was impressed. I'll definitely make it again.

I loved this recipe! DH isn't a big fan of Parm so he wasn't thrilled. I did add some salt and white pepper. I didn't have any asparagus so I made it without and added a bit of parsley flakes for color.
