My 14 yr old son actually made this for dinner. He had to cook one night a week when my husband and I are both working late. This is a great recipe for a beginner!

What a quick and easy recipe! I used the Thick and creamy mac and cheese, added chopped onion to the beef while browning, and used the Kraft 4 Mexican Cheese. It was delicious!!

I made this for the weekend ( to have something to re-heat on the go). All of my friends and I loved it, I used the tortilla chips and salsa and it got nothing but rave reviews!

I put a layer of salsa in the dish and used the special extra on it. My family agrees that next time we will try in with the salsa and the chips on the side. Otherwise the recipe was good.
