I believe this is one of those you either like it or hate it recipes. I made this a couple weeks ago as directed however I left the salsa out because of my picky son. We all liked it! My husband and I added crushed tortilla chips, salsa, and extra sour cream on top. We both took leftovers to work the next day and it heated up great! I am going to remake this tonight but increase the amount of meat to 1.5-2 lbs. I'm also going to add onion to the meat when cooking and throw in some black beans.

This was easy & very different. My husband doesn't like Mac & cheese and he loved this. I will defiantly will make again.

This is the signature comfort food in our house, and even our daughter, who has moved away to college and eats mostly vegetarian, makes this occasionally. It's just plain easy and good. We use Velveeta Deluxe for the creamiest texture and flavor.

I just made this tonight and since I am not a really big salsa fan I used queso instead and it was super yummy!!! Kids said it was too spicy but that was because of the queso, I would surely make again!

I love mac and cheese and tacos, but the combination was yucky. I had to throw it out. Sorry!
