Best Pasta Salad Ever!
posted:6/8/2010
SOOOOOO YUMMY! I use more veggies and less pasta then it calls for, just because I want more color and less filling up on carbs, but this is sooo tasty and my family takes it down.

My boz of pasta was only 12 oz but it was enough. I guess that made it mor vegetable intense, which I think is good. The feta tasted salty and I might try grated Swiss - a lower salty cheese - instead next time. I will definitely make this again.

I have made this salad many times for Church dinners and had alot of compliments on it. Needless to say there wasn't any left to take home.

I used yellow peppers instead of red ones for a little sweeter flavor for the kids. Love this recipe!

Love it! I really do not care for red peppers, so I put in sliced carrots. When want a bit more, I add low-fat string cheese to it and califlower. It was a hit for the 4th of July Family reunion. Taste best when chilled for awhile.
