My sister and I made this for my son's graduation party. Luckily, we had leftovers becuase it was really tasty-we didn't use as much dressing.

An excellent summer dish! I made it with broccoli and asparagus. My guests enjoyed it. I also subbed yellow and orange pepper for the red to add some different colors.

Was very good. Couldn't find the sundried tomato dressing,so I used the sundried tomato Vinegarette.

If you can't find this dressing, this recipe is just as wonderful with Kraft Italian or Robust Italian dressing. Enjoy!

I made this for a friends 90th birthday party and it went over with raves...so easy to prepare and wonderful taste..my only problems was finding the dressing.
