Love this recipe. One of my favorites. I like to add Feta Cheese to give it a little kick, but perfect without as well

I made this, but I added salad shrimp to it and I also changed the dressing to Italian. My family loves it.

Love this recipe, it's easy and a great way to get my veggies. The flavor is wonderful. I don't like tomatoes so I replaced them with black olives. My family like this recipe as well. Will make again.

I made this recipe and everyone said how nice it looked but took alot home. This recipe needs to sit overnite to marriage all the flavors. Was much better the next day. Not fond of the sun dried tomato dressing. Maybe would have been better with an Italian dressing.

We LOVE this recipe. We don't use the onions and we use the Good Seasons Sun Dried Tomato Viniagrette w/ Roasted Red Peppers Dressing instead (although I can't find it anymore at the store :o(). This is a KEEPER!!!

I have made this several times and it is delicious and always gets a lot of compliments! I don't use the whole bottle of dressing (maybe 3/4) and I also only use about 1/2 of the onion. I will make this many more times. I like the suggestion of sliced black olives and will try that next time- yum.

I made this salad for a picnic and served it in a trifle bowl which looked very beautiful. Again couldnt find the dressing so used another brand of sundried tomato and it was well worth it...
