We LOVE this recipe. We don't use the onions and we use the Good Seasons Sun Dried Tomato Viniagrette w/ Roasted Red Peppers Dressing instead (although I can't find it anymore at the store :o(). This is a KEEPER!!!

I have made this several times and it is delicious and always gets a lot of compliments! I don't use the whole bottle of dressing (maybe 3/4) and I also only use about 1/2 of the onion. I will make this many more times. I like the suggestion of sliced black olives and will try that next time- yum.

I made this salad for a picnic and served it in a trifle bowl which looked very beautiful. Again couldnt find the dressing so used another brand of sundried tomato and it was well worth it...

Very easy to make and pretty tasty... definitely missing some flavor though.

I've made this a couple of times and it's FABULOUS! I've made it for the 4th, everyone gobbled it up! And I've also made it for a quick dinner adding chicken breast. It's great for those hot summer nights, or for just a light, but filling meal.

Excellent. I added some sliced black olives and green pepper because I had it at home. I also used an Italian dressing instead. It was a definite hit with my friends.

Made this for the 4th and it was great. Everyone liked it. Very filling and I have had the left overs for the past couple of days and it is still good.

Very easy to make and tastes even better when you eat it the next day! Substituted the brocolli with english cucumber. Great summer salad!
