I like to add colby jack cheese instead of swiss, and I put in at least three cloves of garlic. The extra garlic makes it SO much better.

It wasn't the best I've ever had. It is possible that I would make it again, probably a rare chance at that though.

I made this recipe for thanksgiving and was dissapointed in the flavor. I added extra dill and garlic and yet still seemed very bland. My suggestion is to serve it with crackers, at least then you get the cracker flavor with the cheese.

I had no swiss cheese. I live fifty miles from town, so I used parmesan. It's delicious. I put the cucumber in the food processer, drained it in a fine strainer. mashing it every couple of minutes while i gathered the rest of the recipe. i used more garlic.

My family & I love it!! It was very refreshing & to keep outside I plan on making it at my family gathering weekend. I will try tomato philly cheese.

So Yummy! Tried 3 different recipes from here for a huge party we throw and although the other 2 were good, this was so good that we ate most of it and had to go back to the store for more cucumber to make more!!!!
