This herb dip is a classic. Our dill-and-cucumber dip gets its creamy texture from your choice of PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese or Neufchatel.

PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
, softened

cup finely shredded
cucumber
, well drained

KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese

tsp.
dill weed

tsp.
lemon juice
1/4
tsp. minced fresh
garlic
1/4
tsp.
salt
Make It
MIX
all ingredients until well blended; cover.
REFRIGERATE
at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.

Prepare as directed, using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
Special Extra
Serve with assorted NABISCO Crackers and fresh vegetable dippers.

I love this recipe! Everytime we have company I make it. I substitued the cream cheese for sour cream and I added mor garlic! It's a great recipe!

This is a great dip, but I did add a lot more garlic to it... To each their own, right? :)

Added a little more dill and garlic. Also, substituted the swiss cheese with shredded monterry jack. Everyone enjoyed it!

This was very bland. Maybe adding more herbs or ranch seasoning would kick it up.

Nice to have a healthy dip, however time consuming to drain cucmber juice!

It has a wonderful flavor and is easy to make. My family loved it with raw vegies as well as crackers.

Not only have I made the recipe many times, I have given it to at least 7 other people, who have also made it! I do add a little milk (about 2 tbls) to make it a little thiner and I always double the recipe because it goes so fast.

Light, refreshing, tasty dip for the summer time. Used crackers for dipping, would be better with veggies or a flavored chip. Will make again. Huge hit!
