Sharp Cheddar "Lasagna"

Instead of layering it I mixed it all together and top it with the mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Everyone loved it.

I didn't think I would like this because I'm not a big fan of macaroni and cheese. But, I was pleasantly surprised that it had just enough cheese taste to keep it interesting. I would definetly make this again!

I could not beleive how much this really tastes like lasagna!!! It was sooooo easy to make. Will make again for sure!!!

This recipe is terrific! I have made it numerous times already , and I have to admit I try to mix it up a little bit. I have even used ground turkey ( which tastes about the same as hamburger) just not as greasy. My kids love it, because you can tell after they eat it, it is all in their hair. It is a meal that is not too expensive to make , so it is easy on the budget. My husband always asks when I'm going to make it again. Needless to say, there are hardly any leftovers!!

This was a hit for sure in my house! My kids love this and get excited when they see it on the kitchen table.

As easy as it was to make, it actually tasted very well. I WILL make again.

It tasted very good, however, you could easily use 2 lbs of meat instead of one. There were so many more noodles than meat, but it was tasty. I will make it again.

Its a good poor mans lasagne.
