Sharp Cheddar "Lasagna" recipe
It's not like you'll never make your real lasagna again. But to surprise the family every now and then, make this easy, lasagna-like mac and cheese.

Its a good poor mans lasagne.
Used barilla box noodles and velveeta with milk and mixed all ingredients together before baking.
i love this recipe. we have 7 kids, they loved this meal the first time i made it. i am making it again tonite.
My family loved this one. My picky eater even ate it right up. Great for a cheap way to feed a big crowd. I will make this one again for sure.
This is one of THE best lasagna's I have ever tasted. It's quick, easy, and tastes GREAT! I would recommend it to ANYONE who likes lasanga, but doesn't have the time to cook it the long way. I'm sure kids will love it. Just give it a try.
A good spin on lasagna and mac&cheese! my whole family liked it, will def. make again!
Me and my family enjoyed the meal. This is a meal that is quick and to the point. My husband is very picky, but he LOVED IT!!!! Yes, I would make this again for me and my family. I must say that I added a little of the garlic powder, onions, and other seasons as recommended and it was SUPERB!!!! I recommend this to anyone that has had a long and hard days work to make this for their family.
This was delish!! The next time I make this tho, I will add some diced onion, and season the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a bit of Italian seasoning (as suggested) by another viewer. I topped mine w/a bit more mozzarella (about 2/3 cup). I layered mine with meat/sauce first, then half the cheese/noodles, then the meat/sauce, and finally w/the cheese/noodle mixture. Baked this (covered) for exactly 20 minutes.
This is the first recipe I've tried from this site and my kids LOVED it! All 4 asked for seconds which they NEVER do! Tasted pretty good to me too! Very easy to make! Would highly recommend!
Made as recipe directed + added garlic powder, chopped onion, & italian seasoning to the meat sauce, put an extra layer of shredded cheese between meat & mac, and also topped with parmesan cheese. Really good, tastes a little like goulash and lasagna.
