This was a hit with my whole family. I had some for lunch the next day too and it tasted just as good as the night before. I'll definitely make this again.

I made this on Monday 09-12-05. My husband is a picky eater and he loved it, so did my 3-1/2 yr old daughter. It was easy. It was a dish that my husband and I both put together. I will make this many more times. Thanks to whoever invented it. A+++++++++++++ Lynn, East Texas.
