I have made this recipe numerous times and taken it many places. Every time I make it people tell me how wonderful it is and I tell them how easy it is. This is a favorite!

After a hot, humid day in the sun on Harkers Island, we came in from the boat and "dove" into this cold salsa. It quenched our thirst and filled our hungry bellies! Excellent with Tostitos scoops! We also added fresh, sweet corn! Yum! Yum!

I also thought - Italian drsg? But added it anyway, and it's great! Taste even better after it sits a little while. I also added garlic and a little lime juice. Next time I would cut wayyyyyy down on the cilantro!

my husband, my friends, and my family all love this salsa also there is so much you can do with it i like to add an orange pepper (for color) i like to blend it all together and make it less chunky the flavor seems to blend and it seems even more tasty this is a request when i have friends over

At first i though Italian dressing in salsa. YUCK!!!!!!!!!! But its actually very good. The salsa is evan better if you put how much you want of everything instead of what they tell you. Thats what we did. We also think that cilantro is like wierdo. If you cut eveything your self it takes a lot longer than just 10 minutes!!! But it is fun and worth the wait.

I didn't add the italian dressing. And I also added one serrano pepper, as well. It was fantastic and I even used it as a garnish on grilled chicken entree!

I like a milder salsa so I used a different type of pepper.

Great recipe, everyone at the office loved it. Added a bit more garlic and lime juice, and it was perfect. I will definitely make this again!
