They are easy to make. The meat I used seemed a little salty but the filling is good.

This recipe is fantastic, a huge crowd pleaser. I made half with ham and half with turkey. Both were gone in minutes. If you make this, have copies of the recipe on hand. You will be asked for it! The only thing I will change is to add a little more garlic next time (and use fresh garlic, not salt).

I absolutly love these! They are low in calories so they are surprisingly guilt free - which guests love to hear about. I add some extra mozeralla cheese to the tops which gives them a nice brown bubbly top -- they are always a hit and I have not found one person that doesn't like them.

I have made this many times - my family (even my very picky daughter) loved these. I found these are best made with a smoked meat, turkey or ham.

This is a quick, easy and tasty appetizer. I have made it several times for get-togethers. You can use any kind of shaved lunch meat (ham, turkey) and change the flavor with some spices like red pepper or Italian seasoning.
