I've made this tonight for a dinner party at our house and everybody loved it. I've emailed the recipe to everybody who came tonight.

I have made this for all family and work gatherings for the past two years. They LOVE it! I don't even get the option to make something else because they all demand "those little baskets". So fun and so easy to make!

I made these for my sister's baby shower this past weekend and they were definitely one of the popular appetizers! Just one variation I made: I did not feel like cutting up an onion just for 1 Tbsp of chopped onion, so I sprinkled in some onion powder instead. Turned out great...will definitely be making these again.

These were great. I made them for a baby shower and everyone wanted the recipe. I made them the night before, covered them and put them in the refrigerator, then baked them about 20 minutes before the shower began.

These were the first appetizers to disappear at my Christmas party. I should have doubled the recipe.

This has potential...I added minced garlic, pepper and red pepper flakes. I think next time, I'm going to cut the oil in half and add sun-dried tomatoes in place of the diced tomatoes
