I made this recipe for Christmas dinner. However, my family does not like spinach so I substitued chopped fresh cranberries mixed in cream cheese with a touch of orange juice and they were a hit. They ate the whole tray! I will definitely make this again.

My family just loves the "spinach things". It is very easy to make and fun to serve. This recipe will be in my recipe box from now on. The turkey tears real easy so I fold it in half and make a cup. You can add bacon bits as well. I used minced onions from the jar and canned spinach.

I make this all the time for a quick and easy appetizer. I substitute ham for the turkey. the last time I made this I used garden vegetable cream cheese instead of plain and it was even better then I expected!

Great Appetizer! You can use ham instead of turkey, it doesn't rip or break as easily.

I added a little more parmesan the second time and it was wonderful! Got requests for the recipe too!

These were gobbled up in no time! The spinach mixture was also good with Ritz crackers. Next time I may use a pastry cup along with the turkey to hold the spinach mix. Yummy!

Excellent flavor and low carb. The turkey is a simple no carb crust. I increased the amount of onion and garlic powder. I believe that red peppers would have made it look festive for Christmas.
