I made this yesterday for potluck Christmas Party. Everybody loves it, I brought the recipe with me. We made copies for everyone and they said the will make it for their Christmas party. It is easy to make and also low carb. Thanks.

Everyone enjoyed this recipe so much. I did find it was easier to put my spinach mixture onto my slice of turkey and then put it in the mini muffin pan.

A friend made this for a party and I had seen the recipe the week before. It's a great, low carb recipe with great taste.

Made this for work, it was very good. and warms up well also in the microwave. The thin turkey somewhat tears when handling but that is no problem with patience. I used regular cream cheese spread instead of the light. Very tasty and simple. They guys at work insisted on eating them crackers and tortilla chips!!

Very easy to make. I also made a batch with ham so there would be variety. My guests loved them! It was also nice for the recipe to turn out just like the picture.

i made this recipe for a "tea" that my daughter in law was giving. it was an incredible success, and everyone that attended asked that i share the recipe. it was so easy to make, and a wonderfull addition to a get together that provided a healthy, lower in fat option to the menu. my adult children liked them so much, they asked that i make them a new addition to our traditional christmas menu!
